Workout Tuesday, this week was 5x1000m at 5k pace. This one was so much better than last week's session; it was the same pace, but the effort level felt easier and I didn't have any stomach problems. I think I probably could have gone under 3:30 for the last one, but I went out in 38 for the 200 and then backed off too much to compensate. I also cranked out a max effort 200 after the workout, and I was slightly disappointed to see that I couldn't drop a 30 or faster. Overall a good workout, it seems like I'm making some definite progress; I'm not quite where I was in July/August of last year, but I'm getting there.
