Notes
A bit rainy today. My right achilles actually didn't feel great when I started, and I was really considering taking the day off to be cautious. I decided to go anyway and it turned out to be a decent run. My right leg continued to bother me just a little bit, but it moved from the achilles around to the inner shin area. Now post-run it's kind of sore, but not too bad. I'll see how it feels tomorrow and rest if necessary.
