Notes
This was supposed to be my "hard" day, but I got a weird feeling at 2.5 miles. My feet and hands felt tingly and I realized I was dizzy, so I turned around and went back. There was a bad headwind on the way out, but coming back it was a tailwind and I was rolling at 6:30 pace with my HR under 170. That felt really good, and I'm hoping by the end of the summer that's the way it always is.
