Notes

Longer run today, just a little bit of yesterday's calf tightness but nothing over the top. I was pretty tired at the end, probably because I hadn't eaten much today. I did 3x6 second hill sprints on that big hill on Brushy Ridge road, and they all felt good. I think I'll rest tomorrow for sure; I've done three in a row and I'm definitely tired enough to need it.
