Easy run with Andy after the optometrist appointment. The rain passed through and then we hit the road, so it was almost 80 with decent humidity. The pace was nice and easy though, and I felt good in all but one spot. The area near the fifth metatarsal on my left foot is a bit tender when I walk around. I'm going to ice it and see what comes of it.
