Notes

Hill repeat day, with 2.5 miles or so of warm-up and cool-down. I did 6x30 seconds up that hill on Varick Road at 5k effort or so, but I think the hill was too steep. It looks like it's closer to 10% grade, which just seemed too steep for repeats. I'll try to find a more gradual hill for the next one.

Also, my left foot hurt again. I am starting to suspect the Launch as a potential aggravation. No other shoe has bothered me lately.
