Notes
Really nice weather for a run today. The run itself was decent but not amazing. I was a bit tired out for some reason, so I felt like I was slightly struggling in the middle and going up hills towards the end. There was also a bit of pain in the left achilles during the run. It's tight now, but not really that painful or sore. I feel great now that I'm done, so that's a positive.
