First race since the Run to Remember disaster! I'm relatively satisfied with this one; I was really only expecting to run in the 34s, so a sub-34 is a good result. I had a little bit of achilles soreness toward the end, but the race welt well otherwise. I started a little fast (maybe 6:10 pace) and then slowed back down to a more reasonable 6:30 or so for the first mile. I was actually relatively even with splits:

I was fading in mile 4, but pushed pretty hard to stay on pace in the last mile. All in all, this was a fun day and I'm very excited to get some more training in through the winter and see how I race this spring.
