Notes
Today was a pretty pleasant run. It was very hot and I did the 4am deployment this morning, so it was a bit of a surprise that I felt good. I was tired, but other than that I felt good. My achilles did start to ache a bit toward the end of the run, but that wasn't too bad. I'll get some good sleep tonight and see if I can make it through 7 tomorrow morning.
