Treadmill

Notes

This was an after work run on the treadmill. I was worried that I would be tired from the hill workout and would want to stop early or not run, but once I actually started I felt really good. My legs were not tired or sore, I didn't feel generally fatigued, this was overall a pretty good run. The only issue was that I had eaten a bunch of Doritos and they kept threatening to come up.
