Went for a semi long run today. Very nice day, sunny and warm, I was able to run in shorts and a t-shirt. The pace was decently easy for the most part, probably around 7:25-7:45 or so. Had a couple miles near 7:00, and also a couple closer to 8:00.
I need to figure out my dietary needs, because I faded in the last 2 miles with that feeling in my stomach that said I was very hungry. I'm going to have to start eating a lot more.
