Notes
Nice and easy today, one of my last runs before the half marathon. I felt pretty encouraged here, as everything that might normally have been bothering me felt pretty good today. No issues with either achilles, the Ottawa fracture felt fine, all seems to be well. I'm pretty pleased by this, and have relatively high hopes for doing well on Sunday.
