Notes

This was a pretty good run. The pace felt faster than it was, but my legs were wiped out from the badminton tournament. I skipped Saturday and Sunday's runs just because I didn't want to be tired for the games, and also because after the day of badminton I was just too tired. Still dealing with the soreness, but it did feel very good to get out and do these miles. My legs feel great, just very tired.
