Overall, this run just felt really good. I intended it to be a recovery from yesterday, so I made an "effort" to keep my HR under 155. I was really surprised at the pace, which was about 8:40 or so average for the flat middle miles, so a big difference from Monday, probably due to the low temperature. Also, my legs feel great right now, so that's a huge plus. All in all, a very good day.
