Notes

Gentle warm-up for the turkey trot in Southport. It was pretty chilly, so the intent of this was really just to get the legs warmed up and ready to roll. After the 2 miles, I spent 5-10 minutes stretching and using the Addaday, then did some drills and strides to get ready.

The cool-down was even more gentle. I wasn't going to do it at all, since I was pretty worn out from the race, but I decided to bang it out anyway. By the end, my right calf was getting pretty tight, so I called it a day at a one mile cool-down. Very satisfied with the race and how my calves/achilles/ankles held up.
