Took yesterday off for no reason, then had a very bad run today. I may not have the patience to stick with Hadd's training. Some days it's fine, but on other days, running 9:30 pace feels retarded and unproductive. Everything felt great, just a very slow run. It was 78, but the humidity was low, the clouds were out, and there was a breeze. I should have been able to go faster than this.
I got annoyed and did a 15 second 5k effort burst going over the bridge, and my HR shot to 192 from 170. Ridiculous.
