Notes

After three more days off, I did this 5 miler before work. It seems like I'm finally recovered, as this felt really good today. I even added 2 strides at the end. I'll try to do those a couple times a week and work up to 6-8 or so. I'm feeling very optimistic for the upcoming races after how good I felt today.
