Notes

Hot, HOT day. The plan was ~11.5 with three 10 minute hard segments with 5 minute rests, but the hills and temperature made me rethink it to five 5 minute hard segments with 2.5 minute rests. The hard sections were somewhere in the 10k/HM pace range, and they were pretty rough. Prickly is not the route to use for hard workouts.
