Very nice morning, so bright, and the new snow looks good. It was kind of cold, though. Externally I felt really good, no odd pains or anything like that. Regardless of this, I ran slower today at the same level of effort as yesterday. Kind of odd, maybe dehydrated or tired? I don't know, but it was a good run due in large part to the blazing sun and fresh snow.
