I've taken way too much time off. My knee feels ok now, the pain seems to have gone away entirely. I think I'll slow down on the workouts and just focus on consistently running a decent amount, then get back into workouts in a couple months.

Today was decent, my legs felt very fresh but I didn't want to overdo it.
