ran like crap. first mile in 5:32, then i went downhill from there.... oh well, legs have been hurting me so i havent been running much the last couple weeks. im having this weird feeling in my thigh near where my old stress fracture was.... it didnt bother me at all during the race though. i have a bone scan scheduled for wednesday just to be safe though, hopefully it turns out to be nothing... oh yea, i met frank shorter after the race and he signed my singlet... sweet. improved my place by 9 places even though i was slower...
