I was planning on doing hills again, but the gluts were still very sore, so I tested myself to see if I could run a bit on the flat. I did 2 miles easy. The pain didn't get any worse, so that's a good sign.

The Wolverhampton Marathon is now up in the air. If I can recover from this and get a long run by the end of the month, it's a go!
