Amazing rare day with sun. I had bright sunshine all the way until the last mile when the clouds started rolling in. I made my own sports drink with 80% water, 20% OJ and a teaspoon of sugar. I carried it and finished it by mile 13. This worked out well as I had so energy dips and dehydration during the run. Right butt and left knee a bit sure, but other than that I felt fine. Picked up last mile with 7:36 (including the Halford's Hill).
This was my first 60 plus mile week since March 2011!
So I am very happy with this 17 miler. Things are going great!
