With 2 poor sleeping nights in a row, I felt tired starting off and decided to not run the tough hills of the half marathon course and opted for a rolling course.
First half (9 miles), I felt tired and backed off the pace, averaging 9:07 per mile. I snapped out of it and was at 8:29 pace the 2nd half.
8:47 pace for 18 miles. Right hamstring started getting worse the last 3 miles.
