Eleni and I went to Jan De Fries a holistic chiro/acupuncture specialist with 50 years international experience. We expected the needles. Instead he adjusted Eleni Cuboid bone in her problem foot and I had a 2 minute conversation and he recommended Interferential treatment (electric stimulation.)
The run went well. PF hurt more the first mile than previous runs this week. But after the mile, it was manageable... hip was fine, so I went to 4 miles.
