My leg felt better today so I was able to run faster. Same route as last week, but I didn't push as hard. A very good run as I was able to run relaxed and at a decent pace without tightening up too much at the end. If I ran any faster I felt I would have had more of a problem with the left leg, so this pace was ideal for today.
5 mile splits: 38:43 (7:45), 37:36 (7:32)
