Notes

This has been an awesome week of training for me. I've felt great each day! Today was a bit cold and windy, but I gradually picked up the pace and running the last three miles at 7:25 pace. The right calf is almost 100% so I did push some of the hills hard. I worked on forward body lean and turnover to become more efficient.
