Club workout. Did 10 x 400 (.24 mile) with 85-90 second rest. I did these with Les. We ran almost the exact same splits.
I felt tired warming up, but once I got going, while still tired, I ran well. I held back just a bit because of hoe I felt. Very happy that I got through this and got in a good workout.
Split pace: 6:08, 6:06, 6:00, 6:04, 5:52, 6:02, 5:58, 6:01, 6:00, 5:44. Ave: 5:58.
