Notes

6 x 3 minutes with 90 second recovery and 6 x 1 minute with 30 second recovery.

I was surprised to wake up with hamstrings a bit sore from my first run in 3 months. Just an easy 3 miles and I have some DOMS. I feel like a rank beginner runner. lol 😆
