Moab Half Marathon. About 60-65 degrees and sunny. Beautiful canyon scenic course. First couple of mile downhill. Miles 3-15.5 rolling and flat the rest. 2200 runners. 1:18:09. 13th place and 2nd master.Felt crappy first 3 miles, but snapped out of it and felt great until mile 10 where my legs went heavy. However, I fought through this and was able to finish strong.
My new favorite place. Moab is breathtakingly beautiful with the red rock scenery and Arches National Park is spectacular. Hung out with Scott and met some new SLC area runners/cyclists after the race. I had an awesome time. Looking forward to running this next year!
