I felt great today! I was planning on my last session of hill repeats, but because the hammy didn't like hills last week, I decided to switch workouts and do the tempo today and the hills later in the week. It was the right decision as I had a great workout.
I wanted to do at ;east 3 miles, At 3, the hamstring/glute didn't get worse, so I said, let's go for 3.5. At this point, I felt ok, so I went to the full 4 miles.
3 weeks ago I did 3 miles at 6:53, Last week it was 3 miles at 6:58. Today was 4 miles at 6:50,,, so big improvement. :-)
Splits: 6:55, 6:54, 6:45, 6:40.
