Ladder workout: 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 4 min, 5 min, 6 min, 5 min, 4 min, 3 min, 2 min, 1 min. Half time recovery. In the past the longest I have done pool running was 3 weeks, Now I am on week 8. Normally I find it boring, but now that it's 2 months, I am starting to 'almost' like it. 😊
