5 sets of 200,200,400 with equal recovery.
I had a feeling that I would have a great workout. Only 6 miles in 2 days, I was rested. I warmed up on the cycle path and ran into Veronica. She was doing her first 30 minute run. Good for her! :o)
The knee started to get sore halfway through the track session, but I got through and now doesn't that bad after the Wed and Thurs runs.
Right hamstring/butt started tightening a bit the last 2 sets and I did start to loose form somewhat the last 100 on the final 400, so even if I wanted a 6th set, I am was not ready. Let's see what next week brings.
