After 4 days off, I needed to test the glute. If I still had pain, the marathon might be out the window. Th great news I fully recovered... no pain at all. :-)
I tried the new lighter hernia belt. I love way it feels, but I don't think it's supportive enough as I had some pain. After 5 miles, I went back home and switched to the old one and it felt better.
