Notes

I had planned to run the blue track with Susan and Reno, but I got tied up in the office and didn't run until 1.5 hours later by myself. The east Boston track was crowded with people watching a sports match so I did the workout on the paved trail.

4 sets of 1 min, 1 min, 2 min with equal recovery. Again I ran cautiously as I'm just doing what my body can give me. On the second set, left hamstring had that stabbing pain again like last week. I almost pulled out again, but instead I slowed down a bit and in 20 seconds it was gone and I was bale to finish the workout.

I'm always saying take it a day at a time. Right now it feels like I need to take it a moment at a time. So I'm very hapy to do what i did today. Now it's a few easy days and then Saturday's race.

Topped off with 6 x 100 yd eccentric strides.
