Last week I had a tail wind. Today was a slight head wind.

Hills were about the same as last week, but 200's - 2 seconds faster.

The real downside is I used different shoes. My NB 890's have 420 miles on them, Worried about possible injury, I switched to a shoe I have only worn for a few easy runs - Asics Gel Venture. Bad move because after the run, both my soleus are sore and the light PF issue I had last week got worse. I was limping around the house. Hopefully I didn't cause the problem. I switch shoes to avoid injury and this happens... absolute irony.
