Notes

Steady pace and I picked it up a bit the last 20 minutes. If I keep this up, soon I'll be sprouting fins!

On these pool runs, I'm also focusing on the mental aspect of training by visualizing running the Boston Marathon from start to finish. Trying to not allow any negative thoughts enter my mind. Being in a positive state of mind is crucial if I want to get over this injury and run Boston.
