6 x 1 minute. 15 minutes med-hard. 6 x 1 minute and 5 minutes hard. I got my X-ray results. Bone spur on the Achilles insertion into the calcaneus/heel bone with some calcification/bursitis. Also a small bone spur in the Plantar Fascia.
