Notes
This was a test run for the hip. The pain and swelling has finally gone down. It felt great until 2.5 miles, so I stopped and walked the last half mile in. I am being conservative with this as I don't want any setbacks.
I was laboring with my breathing the first mile and then I settled in and it got easier. The PF is still a problem. However by 1.5 miles it wasn't that bad.
So I have made progress, but I think I will take 2 days off and give it a go on Sunday.
