Change of plans. I was going to take a short, easy run, but as I was preparing got an email from Tony asking me to do a small task at work. If I drove to work, did it, then drove back. my run would have been delayed too much, so I decided to combine work and pleasure.
Felt pretty good considering the hard race yesterday. Worked up a sweat both ways.
