I thought this was about a 9:00 pace. Yep. Legs felt really good at the start, and not too bad throughout, although left ankle was making itself known at times. Making this a lollipop course was a last minute decision, as I saw the bridge over 27th. Quite a nice afternoon for running.
Was managing LI-COR Family Fun Run this morning. Left car for oil change while doing this. Post run, shower and hot tub. Who says icing is a good thing?
