My foot hurt less prior to the run, but was still hurting during the run. I just took it easy, and it wasn't too bad. Nice morning; moon and wispy clouds, Orion moving ever westward. Two female and two male runners, one woman walking two black labs. One water bird call I couldn't identify, one owl.
