I woke up yesterday to naso-pharyngeal discomfort, and it persists today. Eventually I may have to stop denying that I'm coming down with *another* cold. Anyway, aside from that, I felt okay, and the time was better than expected. I just didn't feel like doing intervals. Maybe tomorrow, if I feel better.
