Crazy fast, considering I didn't feel that great from the waist up. It might have had something to do with the Taco John's Potato Oles, and/or the potato chips from the night before. Legs did feel good, and fire hydrant fartlek work probably resulted in the speed. Nice evening, nice sunset.
Late run 'cause DW got out of the hospital today.
