Notes
I decided I needed a break yesterday - in particular, my ankles were complaining about the increased mileage. Last night I went to bed planning for a longer run today, post-thunderstorm. It was a lovely cool morning, with birds and frogs singing. The gravel trail on the south side of the lake was saturated in places, and I ran on the side where necessary. A few other people were out. I didn't feel totally smooth, but pretty good. My ankles were grateful for the day off. I concentrated on not pushing through any awkwardness, but instead relaxing and letting the stride find itself.
