I was feeling pretty punk last night, as a result of race exhaustion and blood loss, but I wasn't planning a rest day like this. I woke up to the cuckoo at 7:00. Uh oh, I forgot to turn on my alarm. Maybe Freud arranged it. In any case, I took Sage out the door nine minutes later, and we got in our required mile.
