I have found that repeated natural and reverse turns are not ideal therapy for PTT. It hurt a lot this morning. I was still planning to try to run, but it's good that DW encouraged me to do the Proactive thing. The run/limp wasn't pretty for the first mile, but got better. The best part, though, was the swim and hot tub combo. That felt really good, and I feel better now.
