Notes
This was practice running when hot, tired, and dehydrated. Pretty exhausted in last three miles. Actually walked a few times from 120th back, so considering this, pace was quite good. Good day for birding. Lots of purple martins using their birdhouses. A cat trying to stay cool in the tunnel.
