Wow, I don't know what got into me this morning, but I wish it would continue to do so. Haven't felt this lightfooted in months. The only thing I can think of that's different is that I laid off the iron tablets for a few days. Hmm. Met a couple of runners, including a woman who paced me for quite a while until I startled her by running up beside her. I apologized.
