Ugh, the tree pollen is really getting me down. Yesterday I was wondering if I was coming down with something, last night I was kept awake for a while with sneezing and sniffling. Running today, I felt like a slug. In desperation, I did a couple of fartleks in mile 3. That seemed to help a little. Sure hope my body wakes up and remembers its old glory by mile 4 on Sunday.
